El momento más difícil de mi vida

¿Qué es cosasdespuesdelamor? El nombre se refiere al sentimiento que vivimos al terminar una relación en la cual hemos amado profundamente y nos hemos entregado, ese sentir que después del amor de pareja ya nada vale la pena.

La idea de cosasdespuesdelamor nace del momento más difícil de mi vida, mi divorcio. Cuando «me divorciaron» fue de un momento a otro, realmente no lo esperaba, así como si nada una relación de 7 años de noviazgo y 3 de matrimonio todo se terminó, fue el peor dolor que he sentido en mi vida y la verdad es que no entendía lo que estaba pasando.

Lo había perdido todo y me sentí un fracaso total.

Cuando salí de lo que fue mi hogar por 3 años, sabía que tenía 2 opciones, rendirme en la vida o esforzarme al máximo y salir de la situación. Esta segunda opción tenía un característica muy especial, sabía que si salía de ese trauma nada me detendría en la vida.

Y ahí inició mi camino, me acerque a mis amigos, a mi familia, fui al psicólogo y me pasaba todo el tiempo buscando consejos, información o algo que me ayudara para sanar. Estaba dispuesto a intentarlo todo. Después de un tiempo me di cuenta que si quería lograr mi meta tenía que ir mas allá, pero en otra dirección, dentro de mí. Y lo hice.

Sabía que era el momento de levantarme y superar a mi ex

Siempre he sido independiente, algo irreverente y me gusta cuestionarme la vida, esto me ayudó a recorrer este nuevo camino. Así que después de 8 meses de reflexión en los que me cuestioné ¿quién soy?, ¿cuál es mi propósito?, ¿y si, no tengo un propósito?, decidí dejar mi trabajo (el cual odiaba), con el único plan de dejarme llevar por donde la vida me dirigiera.

Después de unas semanas de desempleo estaba pensando que hay muchas personas que han terminado una relación y sienten lo que yo sentí, que ya nada tiene sentido, personas que se sienten perdidas o sin un propósito. Y en ese momento llegó a mi esta idea, que tal si comparto las ideas, filosofías, reflexiones y consejos que me ayudaron a darme cuenta que hay muchas cosas después del amor.
